Shipping Policy

We are presently shipping to the NCR region. The Shipping Charges are based on your location (pin codes) and order value. After you place your order on the website, the shipping charges will be calculated automatically. Happy shopping!

 

Return and Refund Policy

You may initiate a request for the return of a Product if you are not happy with it. We have a “No questions asked” policy on returns. You need to share the reason for return, images, batch number, product name, manufacturing & expiry date of the damaged product that you have received and send to info@organikafarms.com or on whatsapp no 9650613947/9650786961. Also, please ensure that you return the product in the original condition you had received it in.

The return request should be initiated by you within 72 (seventy two) hours from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product (“Return Period”).

 

Refunds are processed in less than 10 working days of receipt of your complete return request. Payment will be refunded to the same account that is was charged to. If you have questions regarding our return policy, please call +919650613947 between 9:30 a.m. to 17.00pm, 6 days a week.

 

Cancellation Policy:


Cancellation by Organika

 Your orders are most important to us but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control we may need to partially or fully cancel your order. Our customer care will inform you in case of any such cancellations. Your refund will be immediately initiated in case payment was made online. Kindly note it will take 3-5 days for us to initiate the refund process.


Cancellation by the customer: 

On receipt of a cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases, this can happen in an hour after you place the order. You may return the product after it is received, however the Shipping charges will be billed to you.
